Every student is an individual and often needs support in finding their optimum method of studying.
Study skills sessions are aimed at students understanding their own best approach to exam preparation.
In study skills sessions different study techniques are tried and tested to see which is most effective for an individual. Although science is used as the example subject, lessons learned can improve exam preparation across the whole school curriculum.

How long are sessions?
Usually sessions run for 60 minutes. They may be longer when students are being home-schooled or if students wish to have longer sessions in the run up to A level exams.
How much do you charge?
Rates are from £40 perhour for GCSE & £45 per hour for post-16s.
Charges will obviously vary depending upon the level of service required.
Teaching and monitoring a whole course for home-schooled students is more time-consuming than an hour of tuition to support in-school learning. Costs will vary accordingly.
